The instructor shall pay a Class Venue Fee of 20% of total earnings from students entry/participation fees.

Venue Fee: Php 1,500 per hour Minimum: 3 hours per event Security Deposit: Additional Php 1,500 to be refunded after the event should it not be used for extension Available Hours for Event Use: 9:00am through 9:30 pm Reminders: • Extensions are subject to the same hourly rate • Complimentary 30mins prior to event is allowed ONLY for event set-up use (Ingress) • Complimentary 30mins after event is allowed ONLY for event clean up use (Egress) • All none checked-in visitors must depart strictly by 10pm

The Serenity Deck located at the Alon & Sandy Surf Shack. The entrance to the Alon & Sandy Surf Shack is through a small pedestrian road along the Barangay Urbiztondo stretch of MacArthur highway. The entry way is right beside NakNak's Eatery and across from the parking area of Monaliza Surf Resort. The entry way is best located by following the pin below. Straight up first flight of stairs (Dead end) Turn Right to second set of stairs Take the first left to the final set of stairs You'll find The Alon & Sandy Surf Shack through the wooden doors at the end.
